McCarthy Chevrolet Service

My service representative was great explained everything to me and the cost was great as well. I will always come to McCarthy for service. They were better than and small shops in the local area.

Jordan was amazing and very nice. I accidentally scheduled my service appointment for my vehicle at the wrong McCarthy location. He took care of servicing my vehicle without any issues. Thank you Jordan and everyone at McCarthy!! Amazing team!

I had called for an appointment for my Chevy Trax as the check engine light had come on. I took my car in and was checked in promptly by Brian B. I was planning to wait on my car as it had been driving fine so I thought it would be an easy fix but after checking in Brian told me that my car would need a more complete diagnostic check by the engine mechanics and would need to be left overnight. I was able to call and find a ride home. Before I had left Brian told me that the mechanic had determined the problem was with the Turbo and would take several hours to repair. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call by 11AM the next morning that my car was ready. Brian explained that some staff had stayed late and some in early to get the job done. I was also pleased that the extended warranty I had purchased in 2010 covered the entire cost of the repair! Well done McCarthy! Service: Transmission
