Ended up hitting a tire chuck that fell off someone's truck on the highway. They managed to bend the rim back into shape, get a new wheel on it, and sent me on the way within an hour. Staff were kind, and the work was exemplary.
Worst customer service ever. Dropped a tire of to get patched was told it would be ready in an hour and a half. Came back 3 hours later all the employees were sitting around having a good time. Asked for my tire. Guy up front said they haven't even started on it after he had to look it up. I leave get a phone call 5 mins later saying they cant patch it cause it already had a patch. Went back to get my tire. They hadn't even looked at it. I will never use a firestone again. I have had trouble before and knew i shouldn't have tried them. Service: Tires
Very rude! Zero customer service, the guy acted like every customer eas an inconvenience to him. I will never go back to this location.
