I was recommended this place by an acquaintance after doing hours upon hours of research on different maintenance shops. I am a first time car owner and reading about how if you take your car to the wrong place, they can make it even WORSE, which made my anxiety around car repairs even more debilitating. From the moment I spoke to someone on the phone to the moment my car was given back to me, I was treated with so much respect and understanding, I was blown away! I've been having issue after issue with my car and the first step was to get it diagnosed. They checked everything (and i mean everything), explained everything VERY well and I was never talked down to, even for a second. The final determination was made that my car isn't worth the repairs and I 100% agree because they explained everything down to a level I could understand. I had taken my car several places because it periodically wouldn't start. They told me there was nothing they could do unless the problem was happening right then. Here they said if I was willing to leave it they would keep my car until it wouldn't start so they could figure out the problem. I was thrilled they would do this. I took it in and they called me a couple hours later and had already figured out the problem. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and I now have a reliable car again!
