Christian Brothers Automotive Olathe

My serpentine belt broke very close to their shop in Olathe. I drove it to a close auto parts store because my car was just making a bad noise. I was trying to figure out where I was going to tow it to after finding out the auto repair I normally go to, couldn’t get me in until the following Monday. I didn’t know who to call, where to go, and who would bring me home after getting it towed. The owner of Christian Brothers who happened to come into the store, saw my dilemma and said they would work me into their schedule the next day, and take me home with their shuttle service. The A/C in our SUV has recently been going out and the dealership was not able to see our vehicle for over a month. I called Christian Brothers and they were able to schedule me the next day. From drop off to pick up it was nothing but Professionalism and Expertise! Our A/C is now blowing cold and are very grateful as we take a trip to the Lake almost every weekend and the A/C not working was making those little road trips a bit miserable. Very professional staff, pricing is very reasonable. The staff speaks to you respectfully as well. I had a bunch of services done for a fraction of the dealership cost. I noticed a slight “inconvenience” problem after I picked my vehicle up and got home, some snap clips broken when they replaced the bumper. I called them and they got it back in and fixed right away. I’m sure it was an honest mistake and just overlooked but they really take care of their customers. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family and definitely plan to make them my family’s primary service center!
