All Tune & Lube

My daughter had taken her 2016 Jeep Cherokee to Jiffy Lube for a "quick oil chage" and shortly after she was smelling burning oil. We had found out that one of the main engine lines from the air intake had been detached from the engine and oil was leaking and pooling all over the engine. In speaking with a neighbor, we were reffered to All Tune Olathe, specifically Dan or Steven, to have work check and hope engine was not completely damaged. Even though Dan and Steven were unavailable, Johnathan and Ian picked up the customer service ball and ran with it! All I can say is, ABOVE AND BEYOND IMPRESSIVE! Not only did Johnathan reassure us and put us at ease over and over, He knew exactly what to do and had their master mechanics anaylize and make sure the engine was unharmed and in solid working order. In the end, they even charged us less than expected in our intial converstaion. Not sure if this place is hidden, but it sure is a Gem our family will charish! Thank you for being an honora
