The experience with this business was first class from beginning to end. Justen gave me a rough estimate and then lived up to it. The work was completed the next day and exceeded my expectations. I had lots of dings and he matched the paint perfectly and gave me the leftover to use. The major dent cannot be detected. To top it off, my car was washed (maybe they needed to do that to fix the dents) but was also detailed on the inside. I will use this business again and recommend to my friends. Bryan N. I got referred to this shop and to Justin. They did excellent work and I’m very pleased with my experience there. I needed my front bumper cover replaced due to damage and while they were at it I requested a custom grill put on. I chose to give Merriam Body Shop a chance to earn my business because they are a sponsor on a podcast I listen to. I called on a Monday to make an appointment for an estimate. They called back on Tuesday or Wednesday. I went in for an estimate on Thursday and they said it would take 48 hours to get it to me. I still hadn’t heard from them 7 days later. I called to get an update and once again, had to leave message. At this point it’s been longer than a week and I never heard back. I’m in a line of work that deals with crashed vehicles on a daily basis and am frequently asked for recommendations. I doubt I will be recommending Merriam Body Shop again.
