This shop is one of a kind. I had a huge issue with my car caused by a dealer, and they were kind and very patient with me as I had tons of questions. They found the issue quickly (thermostat failure), but I ended up taking it to the manufacturer's dealer, since I wanted another dealerships opinion. I will definitely use this shop for future inspections and repairs. They even take pictures of everything they inspect which is super cool. Itemized expenses explained in order of importance prior to work being done was very helpful, also having information on available financing made the whole process very easy. Our car broke down on the Johnson drive off ramp and they were able to get our car towed and diagnosed in the same day. Work was completed very quickly and we were back and up running in a few days. They were very helpful when my car started overheating. I called Monday morning and was able to drop off my car that day. They did a free inspection and had my car fixed by the next day. They even made me aware of other things that need to get fixed. Their way of communicating with me is very easy and convenient. Their prices were also great compared to other auto shops I’ve been to. I will definitely go back for additional services.
