If you want to risk your life and possibly die. Go for it. I was in yesterday trying to get a couple new tires for my long drive home to be safe. And when I checked in the car. I was talked into buying a tire I didn't want for the sake of a free rotation with it. Well fast forward to picking up and paying. I get another associate who wouldn't even let me speak and just kept saying the same thing over and over again. Even though the girl who helped me was standing 10 feet away from her and completely ignoring me. Wouldn't even look our way. I finally caved, because I had a 6 hour drive. And the lady was so rude and unhelpful. Then to top it off. The two tires that were in the back that were just fine and now in the front ( rotation ) were so unbelievable flat that if I would have tried driving on the highway. I would have probably died. I'm not sure what their about there. But if you value your life. You won't get tires there. Service: Tires

Brought my car here for an oil change because I was in a pinch and didn't have access to my tools. I have done all previous maintenance on this car myself and have a lot of experience working in multiple auto/motorcycle shops so I do things the correct way. I recently went to change my oil and found that last time it was done, which was at this Walmart location, the drain plug was so overtightened that they rounded the drain bolt and slightly dented my oil pan. The oil filter is also extremely overtightened. This is basic stuff and they clearly weren't intelligent enough to do a simple job properly. Mistakes like this are grounds for termination at quality auto shops. These mistakes indicate either extreme negligence or ignorance, both of which have no place in the automotive industry. I sincerely wish them nothing but the worst. As many other reviews have said, do not bring your car here! Walmart needs to terminate them and start fresh with people who actually know what they're doing.

I had my oil changed there & they didn't do it right & now my engine is locked & I need a whole new engine & they don't want to pay to fix it & after I notified them that all the oil just blew out under my car not even a week after they changed my oil the next day they had a employee drive all way to my house in Louisville to put a new oil filter & oil in my vehicle so that when the inspection was done it would look like they didn't do anything wrong but they did they messed up my vehicle they tampered with evidence I've lost 1 of my jobs & on the verge of losing my full time job & my place to live & not being able to make it to my doctors appointment therefore my health in jeopardy cuz I can't get my scripts I need the oil covered the undercarriage of my vehicle & went all the way up the back of my vehicle
