Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went in to get my tires replaced as well as some other maintenance this morning. I was there for about 3 hours, so I do recommend having someone pick you up if you don't want to be there the whole time. The customer service was amazing though. The man that was helping everyone was very polite and he also dealt with a rude customer in the best way possible. He was stern but still respectful and the rude customer ended up leaving happy as well. So 10/10 to whoever that nice man was. ???????? And they did a great job on my car ????

I will not be returning. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change the week before requesting 12:30 p.m.; however, the time was confirmed for 2:00 p.m. instead. I had to reschedule a work meeting due to this change. The day of my appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early to check-in my vehicle. However, after patiently waiting for an hour and a half, my truck was still in the front and my pre-scheduled oil change was still not complete. I had to leave for the work meeting that I had rescheduled already due to the change in my appointment time. I will not be returning, nor recommending firestone to anyone. A coworker of mine asked me to let them know how it went because they were looking for a new place to get their oil changed. Upon returning this afternoon, I shared my experience with them and told them not to go to firestone. Service: Oil change

First time I used Firestone and it was to replace a wheel bearing. They inspected it and told me that the passenger side wheel bearing was needing replaced so I had them replace it. Fast forward one year (13 months), that same wheel bearing was found to be very loose and shot and when I spoke to a employee at the shop they said it only had a 12-month warranty (which expired last month) and they probably would not do anything with it. I had a new shop look at it and replace it at half the cost with a lifetime warranty on the part. Never will I be using Firestone for again for anything.
