Murdock Mitsubishi

Took my truck in for oil change and Service engine soon message. Was told O2 sensor. Quoted $250.00. Now I know this is high but I am willing to suport local dealer..Bill for oil change $100.00. Told $50.0 was for sensor diagnosis. Still waiting for ordered part. Looks like my last visit. Sad, it's getting time for another vehicle . Up date: Service manager followed up. Notified part was in, installed for agreed price.

The service that I received at Murdoch is phenomenal. The people in the service department are totally awesome, and very caring. They are working as hard as they can to resolve the issue with my car. They have a lifetime customer with me and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

The service advisor that checked me in could not tell me the price of some of the services I was interested in above what my car was there for. The mechanic that was working on my car was pulled off to do another job therefore he didn't finish the day I dropped it off. I as able to cover getting a ride. The advisor that called me didn't have much information for me and the cost they quoted me was not correct. The mechanic did a wonderful job! I will come back just because of the exceptional work they do time and time again!
