Long story short: Expensive, slow, unprofessional, and dishonest. After three visits I'm done trying to give this small business the benefit of the doubt. The quality of work is below average, they have never been on time, and are priced high for an independent place. You might as well go to the dealership to get better, more professional, work done more quickly for a comparable price. The last visit I dropped off a car for a 5 hour job, it took 24 days! They called me 14 days after I dropped it off to confirm ordering the part even though I confirmed it when I bought it in. To make things worse, they broke a $15 dollar part on a $900 dollar job and didn't fix it, instead they lied and said it was broken when it came in. I would have just paid for it. Never going back, wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

I was recommended to Buds by Walmart when I needed some help on my car. Right off the bat they were nothing but helpful! Sadly my car needs a lot of work but they explained everything to me , even when I asked if it’s just time for me to get a new car. I will 100% only be going to see them from oil changes to all the big things my car needs . They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable!

Buds auto service did a very good job in taking care of us as customers, their price was fair, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure they our car would n as good as possible. They were thorough in their diagnosis and explanation as well. We will be return customers for sure
