First thing - this is on the back side of Merry Maids. Like, literally the same building, just on the backside. I initially left a voicemail, and Jim called me back within 5-10 minutes for scheduling. This is my first tinting, and I love it! My car looks nicer and is definitely cooler on the inside (black exterior and interior gets HOT; I opted for 35%). Process took about 2 hours.
