My experience was less than stellar. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle from a dealership in another city. We have a warranty through GM (it is a certified pre owned vehicle) and that allows us to take it to a certified GM dealer which Briggs is. On my first call I was told by the young lady they didn’t do that unless the vehicle was bought at Briggs. So I called the dealership we bought it from and they reached out to Briggs to confirm that it could, in fact, be done. I called another time to schedule the appointment after the dealership had called and was told I needed to speak with somebody in the GM service department and they’d have them give me a call back shortly. Since I didn’t hear back in 24 hours, I called back the next day and was finally able to set up an appointment for an oil change… a week later.
