Briggs Nissan Service

Rude, non empathetic, and cold. They don't stick to their own appointment times. They give excuses why they haven't completed service. No one accept responsibility for the failure to even know your car has been brought their for service so the tow could easily just drop It anywhere. Straight garbage I'll never be back here

Super friendly people and good service. Went there for a normal service and they accidently left a hubcap loose so it flew off when I was driving. When I called back Jerry was great and got me a new one ordered and put back on asap for no charge

Brought a spare key fob to program; got a call back saying they had to keep my car for 2 days because they needed to order a mechanical key. Ok, come back 2 days later, original key fob “doesn’t work” anymore even though it was working when I first came in, so they wanted to keep it, ask for my now un-programmed old keyfob back. Payed the bill, then I realized the new mechanical key doesn’t open the door. Their response was -attach your old mechanical key to your key ring so you can use that to open the door and the new mechanical key to start the car. And also they stole a 6 pack energizer 2032 battery pack with 3 batteries left I had in the front seat.
