Audio Junction Replacement Services

I had a set of winter tires with factory rims stolen from my car so I decided to try making an insurance claim with statefarm, they gave my info to AJRS and closed my claim ( I was confused of how this was gonna be handled) I was called by a very friendly guy that evening who took the details of my claim and the next day Trenton texted me and took care of everything pretty quickly and efficiently. They did source some used remanufactured rims for cost savings but they look 100% brand new, my car runs flawless and I only had to pay them $100 as my deductible. These guys actually care and I recommend their service when you find yourself in this frustrating situation.

RE: CASE 06-7991-C28 I live in Denver, and recently had my tires/ wheels stolen from my 2016 Dodge Durango R/T. With the collusion of State Farm Auto, I was sucked into a giant SCAM orchestrated by Audio Junction Replacement Services. AJRS sent actual JUNKYARD PARTS to replace my new factory equipment wheels, and a cheap set of tires as well. They do this to save State Farm money .. This company is a disaster which is PUTTING LIVES IN DANGER with cheap, salvage parts. At least if it had been a reproduction/ reconditioned part I could have lived with it .. but they call these "crash parts" .. they still have the old balancing magnets from the wrecked car! I intend to report this to the Kansas Insurance Commission and Johnson County District Attorney. I've never had a worse experience in my life .. AJRS .. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES !!! I have pictures, names and dates in order to document this SHAM of an operation that you run .. so watch out for my attorney .. and Denver
