They had what I needed when I needed it. The employee help was a little sketchy, and I had to buy a box of four bolts when I only needed one or two. Frankly I probably would have been better off going up to the locally owned hardware store up the street.

This is a brand new O'Reilly's at this location, and it is awesome! This store used to be at 9500 Marshall Dr in Lenexa, across from Costco, but is now slightly east of I-35 on 95th St, near Sam's. I recently had a great experience here, as I was searching for a very specific item, and Siri pulled up the old phone number, which connected me to this location, and the person who answered the phone went above and beyond in customer service. I was looking for a "seatbelt cover," an item which might have you shaking your head, but it is a soft fabric "sleeve" of sorts that fits over the seatbelt strap where it goes across your neck and shoulder, and it keeps the strap from cutting into your skin. That may just be a female dilemma, but especially in the warm months, when I'm wearing sundresses or sleeveless shirts, and more skin is exposed in that area, seatbelts can "bite" you skin and be really uncomfortable.
