Even though was only a free brake check, sarah the front desk lady was nice and helpful. The tecnician Who inspected the car was a nice guy and explained things well.. I absolutely love the way you take pictures of the work and what they are checking!!

Not a good experience. On my way home from work at about 6 PM, or I noticed that my brakes started grinding. Being so late in the day I didn’t figure any garage would be open so I decided to wait until the next morning, to try to get my truck in the shop. So Tuesday morning I start making phone calls. Every place I called was at least one week out. Obviously I can’t drive a week with my brakes grinding so I figured I was going to half to do it myself which I’ve done many times before. It’s just hard on my back now. Eventually, however, I called Meineke, who was able to get me in within the hour! (I soon found out why they weren’t as busy) it all started as soon as I walked in the door. The redhead at the front counter started asking me for my information to enter into the computer which is normal. At some point she asked for my email to which I replied that I didn’t have one. Paid over 3k for my wiring to be replaced the “best mechanic “ cut peices of the wires spliced them together then just put tape over them after I already paid for new wires. Avoid if possible . Workers were very unprofessional while the manager stood by and watched
