Walmart Auto Care Centers

I'm sorry to say but I'd rather pay more somewhere else then come back here. I need two new tires put on my car. The staff, while nice, we're unprofessional at points and managed to lose a different customers car keys. I've already been waiting for over 2 1/2 hours and there's a couple before me who have been waiting nearly 3 for 1 new tire. Walmart may be cheaper then other garages but at least they could get me in and out in an hour or less for this work.

We called ahead and ask if an appointment was needed. She said no just be here by 6:30. We arrived at 5:30 and was told they were too busy to take another vehicle. We explained the call ahead and that we drove 50 minutes to get there and they refused to provide service. Service: Oil change

Had my oil changed, they were able to get the car in fairly quick, no appointment needed, they got it done faster than they estimated, and at a great price!
