Terre Haute Chevrolet Service

Brought my car in the Monday after Thanksgiving with an appointment. I was told my car would be done by wednesday, but it was not done until the next Monday. During this time I called once a day, and was told I would get a call back from the service department and never did. On Thursday I called them and was able to get connected to services, and he informed me that he promised the car would be done on Friday, and that he would call me the moment that the car was done. Friday came along and I received no call, the service is that I was getting done was not open on the weekend, and then Monday I receive a text message that my car is done, but never received a call back. 1. Very disappointed with the quote for how long it was going to take to fix the car. 2. Very disappointed with the communication from the assistant service managers. When I came to pick up the car they apologized, was still charged full price, which is fair, but I still let them know that I was disappointed in those two

The service department was excellent, especially Josh. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions. Top notch service!!
