Neal Tire & Auto Service

Two months ago, I went to my local Neal Tire to have them check out my front brakes and rotors. They told me my front brakes and rotors were fine. However, I when I went to pick up my car, they charged me 700 dollars for a new hub cap and they cleaned my back brake lines. I was very unpleased when I was driving my car to find out they never fixed the problem I addressed to them! I took my car to my friends house and we noticed that my front rotors were definitely warped! I am never taking my car in there ever again!

I wanted to take a few moments and say how pleased I was with the service received at Neal Tire and Auto. (Back story) My wife and I were heading south toward French Lick to pick up a boat I purchased and head back toward N/W Indiana on Friday May 26th. About 23 miles north of Terre Haute my alternator gave out on my truck. I made it into town and was able to get to a repair shop. First thing Saturday, I called the other shop only to find out they could not get to it until after Memorial Day. After pondering, I contacted Neal and talked to Tony. He assured me if I could get it there, he would get it right in. Per discussion, he directed me to a tow company, and it was dropped off within 30 minutes. Tony and his team totally exceeded my expectations and jumped on the repair asap. I was so impressed that I decided to have them install a set of tires on my truck as well. (It was due). The price and labor charged was unbelievably fair. He could have charged me more due to the holiday, and

These guys are super awesome thought I needed a fix and they tested n reset message on dash now my baby is brand new no charge deffinetly got a customer will be returning for tires when needed
