Michigan City Kia

I just bought my car just about two months ago from Michigan City Kia. About three weeks into owning my car, I had the check engine, battery light, and oil light come on, as well as a warning saying battery discharge. When those lights came on my car, then locked up and would not drive. I called Michigan City Kia to make an appointment, and they told me I would have to wait three months to get in. I explained that I had not had my even a month yet, and all those lights were on and need an appointment sooner. After a little arguing, they were able to get me in. They only looked at my car for two days and told me they could not make the issue happen again and I would need to get my car. I picked up my car and two weeks later the issue happened again. Had to call the customer serived to help me get an appointment and to keep track of the issue that was happening. Again two days later Michigan City told me they could not make the issues happen again and would need to pick up my car and was

Matthew Hart, our salesman, was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we had asked about and didn't try to get us into another vehicle. He was very professional. He even took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and got the app set up on my phone, so it was ready to go when we left. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. No one pressured us into buying any additional warranties, which was very nice.

This is by far the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The salesman, Matt, was absolutely fantastic! He’s the first car salesman that earned my respect and my business for a long time to come.
