A huge thank you to Castle Lincoln-Ford and my service advisor Cole! I brought my vehicle (Lincoln Nautilus) in due to a accelerator issue. The part that was need was not available; however, Cole ensured that I had a loaner vehicle while I waited on the repair. It took nearly three weeks before the repair was completed but Cole kept me informed. Castle Lincoln-Ford technicians did an amazing job!!!
Great and friendly staff that made the entire thing process smooth and easy. It was my first car purchase and they were along with great support every step of the way. Great selection on the lot as well!
