I was looking for somewhere to have quite a bit of work done on 2 of my vehicles when my husband stumbled upon Chris’ Car Care. The shop is really clean and the staff is super friendly and honest. When an issue with my truck left my toddler son and I unexpectedly leaving the vehicle at the shop overnight, they offered us a safe ride home. When I returned with work to be done of my second vehicle the staff stayed in touch everyday, keeping open communication via text messages or phone calls until the work was complete. When I picked up my car I felt so relieved knowing that the communication in the days prior to me picking it up led to me having a safe and reliable vehicle again. Work on combined vehicles included; oil change, brake pads and rotors, spark plugs, fluid flushes, tie rod, alignments, cv-axle, power steering pump, suspension, wheel bearings…(and I’m probably forgetting something.) Chris’s Car Care is an amazing place with some amazing people. The customer service is excellent, their job performance is outstanding. Thank you! I was on vacation traveling on a Friday afternoon with a great niece and nephew on 94 and hit an animal. There were cars around me and I could not stop. I was shook up. Then, I took the first exit and found the kind workers at Chris's who were very busy repairing cars. However, they found the time to inspect my car and when I offered payment, they wished us a happy vacation. I was blessed. Service: General repairs & maintenance
