Belle Tire

my family and I were road tripping from Chicago to Buffalo and blew a tire on I-90. Belle got us in immediately and had us on our way within an hour. The staff were friendly and walked me through everything. Highly recommended!

I need to report my experience at belle tire and how I felt discriminated against and feared for my safety with driving my car after leaving your company 9/7 I arrived to belle tire in Michigan city Indiana I told Henry that I need my front checked out because of the grinding noises and my back end checked because my rims and rotors was really hot and grinding. After continuing speaking with Henry about paper work etc he was very rude, short, and seemed like he didn’t want my business. After leaving the store my dad said if I was you I would tell them to give your keys back so you can go somewhere else because how rude they were I also remembered at the time while speaking to my dad I needed to let them know I have underglow on my car and so I ran back inside to tell Henry to be careful of my lights that they don’t damage them and he made a remark saying they are illegal underglow and I said it is not illegal in indiana in which he argued with me in the store a couple minutes abo

In a few days I leaving for Ubon RTAFB, Thailand, 408th MMS military reunion and noticed a low tire on my truck. I took it to Belle Tire and they took it in right away and had it fixed within an hour. I now feel safe in pulling my trailer to the campground in Ohio. Thank you Belle Tire and employees.
