About half the time when you call you will get someone really rude, and the other time you will get someone nice. They told me they would have the issue figured out on my car within an hour so I called after 55 minutes and asked if they knew anything, and they got angry with me saying that these things take time. Then two minutes later they called me and told me what the problem was. I spent over $400 to fix my car and it ran great for a day and then I got stranded on the side of the road 4 times in a week because of the issue that they were supposed to fix. I took it back and they told me they would look at it but they didn't even run a systems check or anything, they just waited to see if it would do anything weird when starting it. I had to get a new car.

I took my 05 Malibu here to get a new steering column. He charged me $500 just for the column. I tried to call and say I will provide my own column that I found for $80 and he said it’s too late he already went and got the part. So he upcharged a part drastically just to screw me over!! Watch out for this guy
