1 hour & 40 minutes to get an oil change. But their price dropped 47.00 from last time. Not a management problem but an employee problem.

The gentlemen at the shop were extremely nice and personable. They were very professional and helpful in explaining all that needed to be done to my car. They did not pressure me into getting all the work done completely in the same day. They told me what the next most important thing would be in getting my car taken care of and they also provided me with pricing/quotes. I live close by and have been visiting this location for several years. All my oil changes have been with this location and will continue to go there for all my car needs.

So disappointing. They messed up my oil plug and put in several replacement plugs and failed to let me know what was going on. Then I was told I needed a new oil pan and a new plug and they would replace it if it continued to leak. I called this morning to let them know it was continuing to leak and I was told they could not help me. So now I’m stuck with having to replace a whole new oil pan and at my cost. when I did not do any damage to the vehicle and it was caused by their technicians. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
