Our family has owned BMWs for decades and always had service at the dealership. However, after they were unable to track down an annoying noise in the wheels we took our 328 to Mike John's. Not only were they able to find the cause, they reassured us it was not serious and only charged a reasonable diagnostic fee. I called atleast 10 different BMW shops to ask them a question about a wheel fitment problem that was throwing a bunch of codes on my 2011 528i, every other shop wanted to charge me atleast $200 just to look at it. Paul one of the techs fixed it right over the phone. I'm so amazed how honest and good they are I have an appointment tomorrow 2 1/2hrs 1 way to have them inspect my car, it's sad to say it's Hard to find an honest shop, especially a BMW shop. But liok no further, even if there not in your area, make the drive, i didnt mind because its a BMW im driving ????, so if you have any issue with your BMW I highly recommend this facility
