Smart Repair Mechanic Shop

As far as I know, the work I had done on my truck was done well. I did however ask them to save the old parts that had been removed and to give me a detailed receipt. I needed them to show to the car lot that sold me the vehicle. When I got there, he told me he threw away the parts and did not take pics (like I specifically requested). Also, be spoke rudely as if he could care less that I NEEDED those items. Made me wait 10mins for my "detailed receipt" that had ZERO info on it. (Honestly, he was helping someone else first, so I was just waiting my turn). I also asked for him to write down what else needed done ...he did not do that, but sure knows it's gonna cost $650.00. Happy with how quick it got done and with the work as far as I know....but was NOT pleased with my treatment.

Really nice guys - Saul and Narcisso Lopez were willing to help us when we called them. We were traveling through Indianapolis when our van broke down, and after calling several places, they were the only ones ready and willing to look at our van right away. Saul took the vehicle out of the bay to make room for ours and inspected it right away. Thanks again.

They did a good job on my brakes and rotor but it took a long time I originally went to get brakes done but the rotors were bad so the guy left to go get the part after waiting 30 min he came back with one rotor when he got to the other side he noticed that rotor was bad so he had to go back and get another I wasn't trying to wait any longer I felt like he could have checked them both in the first place so I end up leaving and coming back when he was done so you might want to take a few hours out your day before going to them but the car sounds good they did good work just long
