Awesome customer service!! I admit I know very little about cars. I just buy what I like. Paul provided great customer service by consulting me on my car repair and future purchases. He provided professional and honest opinions. I appreciate the fact that he made me feel comfortable and explained things in a way I could understand with my limited knowledge.
Took a few weeks to get in but overall I had a good experience. They located my issue very quickly on my BMW X3 and had it fixed by the next day. Their labor costs aren't too high compared to the area so I plan on definitely being back. They don't have a pickup or drop off service for guests 4 out of 5 stars.
