I have been going to CarX for oil changes for years, and this is one of my favorite locations. Always courteous. Time estimates for service are reliable. I would recommend them.

I appreciate how the manager, Mr. Napier, took time to make sure he knew what had been done to my vehicle as I'd brought it in for an oil leak and other employees had worked on it. He explained what the issue was and how they resolved it. Thank you for another positive experience in addition to routine oil changes that I bring my vehicles here for.

They told me it would take an hour, maybe less to get my car in. Took them over two hours to do that. It happens but would've been nice for someone to let me know. The quote they gave me was about double what I expected so I told them no thank you on the job. I get in my car and they had thrown all my stuff from the front passenger seat onto the floor. It wasn't anything large and if it was in the way at all I would've moved it before hand, no problem at all. But nope. Just thrown on the floor. Would not recommend this business.
