Car tech repaired the bumper on my Sonata and did a great job!
The receptionist is so sweet and kind, the service is quick and professional, and the candy and vending machines in the lobby are fabulous! Even with a 20 yr old car, they were super honest about what had to be fixed and which things weren't worth fixing.
I should not have to go to a shop three times for one issue. Everytime I had to go back they acted like they were doing me a favor when it came to pricing but I know better. I brought it in because it wouldn't start. They assured me it was the starter even though I asked about the alternator and ground cable. I told them I had the same issue a year prior and what fixed it at that time was re-torqueing the ground cable because that dealership had already installed a new battery. The next business day after I got it back, it had to be towed right back to the shop. The brakes were not working at all and after the third or fourth time I started it with my brand new starter, it once again wouldn't start. So the second time it was in there they said the battery was no good (if they were going to go through a troubleshooting process they should have started with the battery because it's the cheapest and easiest thing to do). About two months later was the third and final time I had to take it
