The Good: Managers are knowledgeable and nice. They can get you in pretty quickly if your need is immediate. They will work with you on price, but they shouldn't have to if they were pricing correctly. The bad: Prices are brutal, and they don't even use original parts, all aftermarket parts. Work is fine as far as I can tell. They get it done, but fit and finish putting things back where they go when having to install parts is not great. Missing clips, fasteners, etc.. Prices set by CarX, not staff. So always ask for $$ off, they can put it in computer to see if system will allow it. Had quite a bit of work done on my older model truck. Time was critical for me, so I let them do it as other places were booked out a week or more. Quoted $800+ for a new water pump and thermostat. Called around, and others quoted me $500. Super deal when using the discount coupons the send out, email or text to me. Best value around for a Synthetic Oil change with filter. I make an appointment and they get me right in and I'm done faster than a Jiffy! (Pun intended) Manager always pleasant with me and other customers I've seen come in or call.
