Caliber Collision

Took our 2022 Toyota Sienna for repairs after it got rear ended. The rear lift gate had to be replaced. The car looks like new after the repairs. Repairs were done very fast and we got constant updates on the progress of the repairs. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision.

Jon D in Greenwood was an absolute rockstar!! I had to take my car in after hitting a deer and there was quite a bit of damage. He kept me in the loop every Tuesday and Thursday and worked so diligently to get my car back to me on time. He had to juggle ordering a ton of parts and keeping track of when they’d all come in and when they could be replaced on my car. He was so calm and personable with me on top of staying professional. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and Jon is such a huge asset to the company! My experience was easily 11/10 and I’m so thankful for him making this stressful process as calm as he could for me. I had hail damage, took the car in the date we agreed on they said it would be done that week, maybe early next week due to being busy. Fine no big deal. Expect it took over 3 weeks and the work on the car only took 8 hours. I dropped my car off 8/28 and didn’t get it back until 9/15. I was promised updates every Tuesday and Thursday. Got 1 update the whole 3 weeks. I had to call them over 4 times to get an update and they seemed angry every time I called with a new excuse why they haven’t gotten to it yet. Why would they have me drop off my car for hail damage and have it sit in their lot for over 2 weeks without even touching it is beyond me. When I picked up my car they didn’t even attach the trunk lining back like it was when I dropped it off. Update: The manager ended up calling and making things right and although things started off rocky, it was nice to see them admit their faults and take care of me and my car.
