Overall, the experience was solid and the work done outstanding. I don't love having to pay a diagnostic fee when what was found was exactly what I told them was wrong and I used them for the service. Overall though, I have 100% confidence in the work done.
My first experience with PFM - and can happily say I’ll be returning. They were able to get me in same-day for an oil change, were so kind and polite and went over what the service would consist of. Ryan was such a delight to chat with, and definitely makes the experience more than just “oh I’ll get an oil change.” Thank you so so much for an amazing experience!
They were able to fix the issue I had. I had taken my truck to another business multiple times before. I spent more in towing than I did on the repair at PFM. The work was value priced. The staff was informative, friendly, and professional.
