I don't think they realize that when they put us on hold and then send us back through the call loop, we can hear that they've obviously put us on hold, given the hold music that plays. Always have a problem with not having timely service, and now I can't even call to get one question answered.
Ordered tires a week ago. Was told it would take a couple days for tires to be delivered. Haven't heard anything. Been trying to call all morning to see what's up and they're not answering the phone. Customer service said they had a call off and they're really busy. Ok then. Not taking my car there. And I have no way to cancel the order. Guess they'll figure it out. Taking my business and money elsewhere. Service: Auto tire replacement
