Just Tires

I made an oil change and wheel rotation appointment two weeks prior to my scheduled time. I took off work for this appointment and was told, "Oh, I see we can't get your oil filter". It never occurred to them to notify me of what should be standard operational procedure. Such as, do we have the ability to service your appointment? Gee, no oil filter? BIG SURPRISE to Just Tires. Well, it was even a bigger surprise to see that their response was oh well.... I will not trust them in the future since this simple concept was too great for them to comprehend. I received a nice apology from the owner. Perhaps he could teach his employees to have some concern for the customers before they reach the point of NEVER returning?

Just a big thank you to Jeremy (please tell me I got that right!) and Henry. This is the THIRD time they and Just Tires in Wheaton have gotten me, my business and my client out of a jamb. I am a 30 plus year service professional myself and there is a difference between the talkers and the people that just get it done. Every time, they've taken the time to just simply be helpful, patient, kind and I truly appreciate the care and professional attitude. Thank you very much. My first call from here forward.
