Stopped in today for a quick oil change, and everything went well. Ty and Drew were very professional and courteous. Was in and out within 15 minutes. Will definitely be back in 3k miles! Service: Oil change
I went in and they said my tail light was burned out. It would be $16 to repair it. They replaced it, but then the tail lights didn’t work at all. They made me wait and 20 minutes later, said that I would need to go to a Firestone mechanic to get it fixed. I asked for a refund, but they said they had given me a new light bulb. I think while changing the fuse, they left the end of the fuse broken off in the fuse box and didn’t know how or have the tools to fix the parts they left in the fuse box and just wanted me to deal with the problem somewhere else. This has cost me money and I am very disappointed in their service. Service: Electrical
At first they poured too much oil into the mobile car and then they refused to drain it and started screaming, after which they called the police. the woman who works as a manager looks crazy, she's screaming like she's crazy
