I walked into Universal Auto and was met with warm friendly service. I know that I can always count on the workers there to do high quality service and also relay to me any information that would be important to me. They are not money hungry and I love that because we have all come across the car shops that will try to rip you off and have you way overpaying for everything because you don’t know about cars. This shop needs to be honest about its capabilities and experience. You were not honest and your work was poorly executed. I thought I was coming here to get my issues resolved and they were not. I had to go to another shop to complete the work they charged me for and said they would complete. There was no honor in your work or your word.
