Working with Adams Auto Body is always a breeze! Blanca and the team are great. I had my Jeep in for hail damage and they kept me up to date every step of the way via text. Their modern system of communication is HIGHLY appreciated as I can't come to the phone at all times. I also appreciate how fast Blanca dealt with my insurance to make sure they got everything covered without me having to deal with the insurance company. They were efficient and fast in getting my car out of the shop and had it ready to go even before the promise estimated time of completion. Take your car HERE! Outstanding service, personable, knowledgeable staff! So helpful and keeps you updated weekly! My car was hit and passenger car door unable to close fully. Dropped my car off a day after it happened so I didn’t have to worry about inclement weather. Kept me informed and explained the whole process to me. They were completely on point! This shop is awesome! I never had something happen to my car before. With this Shop I was in good hands, they took care of it fast. Communication on the timeframe on this job was accurate with when I received it back. Very friendly just great customer service over all. On top of the repair when I picked up my car it was spotless.
