Great knowledgeable/friendly service! I was initially in the market for a new set of rims and tires for my 2016 BMW X3 and was referred to Rauch Auto by a trusted source to assist me. Being a novice myself when it comes to cars, they were able explain the various characteristics (brand, diameter, tread, etc.) of such and helped me stay within my budget. Their garage does not have a showroom for rims, so they directed me to a fantastic website to place my order. Once the order was complete, which came directly to their shop, their installation was timely and without issue. I have since been back for various other maintenance related issues such as an oil change, breaks, new grill installation and will keep coming back as needed. Really nice people. Had my tires delivered here by TireRack and it was one of the places they recommended. So glad I found them. They replaced my tires for less than what I would have had to pay at the Karl Knauz dealership. My car is driving so smoothly, I love it! I also asked them about a light bulb that my car has been warning me about and they immediately set me up with another appointment to come back later and have it fixed. I will recommend them to everybody I know and I’m definitely coming back here myself if I have any other issues come up.
