Funny because I had my Infiniti worked on the same time as the one below me, that has Acosta as their last name below me.... It’s been about a month now took my car in to get fixed which they did cant complain about that, besides all the scratches on my car that weren’t there before hand. All my settings inside my car was changed as if someone was acting as if it was there car... But my biggest pet peeve is customer service which I haven’t seen much of to much to go into detail in a review but no to happy with everything that’s been going on. Review will be updated after they actually call me back or answer for once. Update being hung up on and not being told where I’m suppose to pick up my car, what time, or how long they’ll have my car for this will be the last time I ever use them again I’ve already had to drive out to this place 4 times and it’s an hour one way this is unacceptable and nothing will fix this for me.
