Pathetic place. The owner will try to talk down on you and your insurance company especially if you’re a young girl. I highly do not recommend this place. My time was wasted and they charge way too much. Don’t go here.

No one likes finding an autobody shop, it means either you screwed up, your family member screwed up, or some jerk screwed up and hit you. Not a fun situation, no matter what. On the upside, there is Lou's Auto Body, where you don't need to worry about the repair, nor the care of your car. By this point the damage has been done and Pat and the crew will patch you up and you'll be on your way. Fast, affordable, efficient, effective. These are the guys to see when someone has "screwed up", they'll make it right again.

Bought a used Toyota sienna from lou's told there was nothing wrong with it and that it didn't even need an oil change or tune up drove it 1 block down to villa Park auto clinic to find out it had no exhaust system and that is was rigged long enough to last the length of a test drive 1 star because Google won't let me give you a zero
