Great group of people work here. Dropped off my car they gave me a ride to a meeting I needed to attend. Fixed the tire at a fair price.

The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful, very chatty. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. The only issue I had was, he said the tires would cost $800 and they ended up casting $975. Unfortunately, I get that at most places, that I stop for tires. They rarely quote the out the door price. But I noticed a difference in how the car rides right away.

My sibling brought in her car the other day to get a flat tire fixed. It was a simple puncture in one of the tires, but the staff said that a small problem would take 5 hours to resolve, so we decided to keep the car there and return the next day. After arriving to pick up the car, the staff there refused to switch out the fixed tired with the spare that had been on the whole time. Changing a spare tire with their equipment wouldn’t have taken a fracture of their time, but they kept refusing to serve us and repeated that they were too busy to deal with our situation. I was personally quite disappointed since it is only logical to switch the old tire with the fixed one when that is why we went there, but I guess helping a customer out when they came for help isn’t worth their time.
