The service received from the moment I initiated the call, through the process of repairs and follow up calls on the status, to the very last day my Jeep was serviced, it was just wonderful!!! This place is amazing! Ember or Amber (sorry if I have the name wrong) was so friendly when I called in this morning to request a quote for my passenger door check strap. She attentively listened to my issue and asked if I was available to stop by today to have someone inspect my issue. She was friendly, informative, and gave great directions on their location. When I arrived, the facility was exceptionally clean. Ember/Amber was even friendly in-person, demonstrating exceptional hospitality by providing great descriptions of the available amenities while I waited and showing me where the restrooms were located. I waited a short time before Glen, the repair planner, came out to kindly greet me. We walked to my car, I explained what the issue was, and he quickly made note and took my car to be examined. They thoroughly examined the issue and repaired it within 5 minutes! I was amazed! It was a simple repair that the dealership could have fixed themselves, but the dealership did not know

CDE Collision Center-Vissers is a fantastic business after a through check out of the damage to my vehicle i was promised it back a certain date and they delivered. My vehicle looked brand new. Everyone was so kind & professional especially Glen he was very great. Ember was very helpful also.
