While I don't live in the area, I had a 5-star experience with this business and would recommend this business to anyone needing work done based on the type of customer service they offer alone! I called frantically looking for a business that could tow a vehicle as my daughter was on the highway with a flat and believed she had no spare. Mind you, though Tim's was listed among many other businesses (that were of absolutely no help), he explained they don't typically offer towing for retail purposes.. but asked me what was going on; this was the beginning of the difference- nobody else cared. When I told him the circumstances, without hesitation he began finding the best way to help all while it was clear this was far outside the services they typically offer. Ultimately, he called my daughter directly and drove to her with the tools needed to get her back on the road. He absolutely could have simply told me 'no' when I first called and had a hassle free rest of the day. But he took it
