THEY ARE HEAVEN SENT! I was on my way to Florida to aid and assist with Hurricane Ian. While driving on I65, I heard a rumbling sound and my car started veering off to the right. Now, since I’m a female it freaked me out so I called several shops and no go they were all booked. Finally, I saw a Car-X in my google search and called them. Chad picked up the phone heard my dilemma and said come on we will help you out. Long story short my caliber was damaged I needed front brakes and rotors… I was back on the road in no time and they had all the parts delivered under 15 minutes unbelievable. I left my vehicle last August of 2022 for a transmission replacement on my Lincoln MKZ and an employer by the name of Sydney was in charge of completing the task but ended up having health issues which steered him away from the job itself, fwd to now March 2023 and my car has 9x more problem than when I first brought my car in on top of my transmission being in worse condition! Every time I went there to ck on my vehicle I was giving the run around until he eventually stepped away to attend to health issues. Service: Transmission repair

It took them over an hour and a half to fix a flat tire. Everybody was moving slow. Employees were careless. Turns out they didn't fix anything. My tire was flat the next day. Avoid this place. Service: Tires
