Superb service, great expert repair, very reasonable prices. The mechanics at Petersen fixed my '93 Saab 900 when no one else in Chicago knew what was wrong with it. Ian and Tyler were both great: SO helpful and considerate. They even took my car to the body shop for a necessary repair and had a loaner car for me to borrow. I can't say enough great things about Petersen. These guys love Saabs and are true experts. I'll never take my car anywhere else! I took my 2005 Honda Civic. Tadd was great at explaining the problem and resolved it within the day. He even went out his way to retrieve the OEM part I had asked he use. They provided a detailed description of the repair and photos to go with it. Work was done and my vehicle passed inspection. I think they’re going to be my go to place for my automotive repairs. Fair pricing, honest service, and quality work. That’s exactly what I was looking for over 25 years.. sad but true.

By far the best mechanic that I have found. I’ve had issues finding the right place as a newer car owner, but luckily found Peterson Automotive. Everything about their operation makes me trust them since I’ve been bringing my car there. I specifically drive out of the city to come to this shop. I came here on a recommendation and would gladly refer all other car owners to get their work done here as well.
