Terrible service, crew are disrespectful, dishonest and liars ! They don’t even say good morning. Brought my car for a trans issue diagnostic, they took 10 Days to tell me what was supposed to be wrong with the car, when I confirm to replace the ECU they ended up saying I needed and OEM from the dealer which was not true. They’re not good technicians. They had my car for over a month and did nothing, until I ended up picking it up, took it to another shop, and the trans oil was full of metal so of course car needed a new trans. They wanted to charge me for parts and labor they did not use and did as well, and in addition to all of it, the CRASH my rear fender because yes, they had the car parked in the middle of their parking lot for like 40 days so of course !! Again, do not go to this terrible shop.

Genuinely, ignore the few bad reviews because I’ve come here countless times over many years and several vehicles and that is so far from the atmosphere and service provided. If you’re looking for an auto shop, but you’re discouraged due to previous repeated, poor experiences. Accurate Auto is the last shop you’ll ever need to find. I’ve been to my share of auto shops, typically bad and worse. But this is the best shop in the northern Chicagoland area. It isn’t a run-of-the-mill oil change franchise. These are real mechanics with decades of experience. They are highly trained and knowledgeable, which is immediately evident when conversing. The shop office is always clean and tidy, and the garage is organized, uncluttered and well maintained. The employees are always working hard and display a professional and safety conscious environment. We are thankful to be nearby and have them repair both of our cars - 2012 Prius and 2018 Mercedes. They are thorough and ensure each vehicle is up to date. We’ll keep coming as they do great work and are affordable!
