Happy the car was fixed. That's great. Took them over a month and a half, back and forth between this date and that date. Was very unhappy about that. Unfortunately I had a cheap insurance company that was just hard to work with. Owner was nice. Jay. Knowledgeable! Good attitude. Felt bad yelling and pressuring him to get my car fixed asap but in reality wasn't his fault. Good conversations the day I went to pick it up finally. Nothing personal regarding the one star but truth be told I've had a few mechanical issues the first week after I got it back. And this was all on the first week in June.
Their fair prices and exeplerary services are beyond impressive. Not to mention the owner is very pleasant and socialable, who goes out of his way to treat customers like family. I highly recommend Oakton Auto Body Inc. on all levels.
Oakton Auto Body did a GREAT job fixing up my Toyota Rav4! They replaced the trunk door and rear bumper and it looks great.
