Great with communicating any changes and repaired my car in a very timely manner
Got an estimate done and was told in person they would fix our car and get back to us the following week regarding scheduling. Never received a called back. After I reached out multiple times on scheduling they told me they would not fix the car and claimed I was told this in person. Could have gotten the process started elsewhere weeks ago had I been informed properly. I’m sure they will respond “our records greatly differ from yours” like all negative reviews they have received but there was no mistaking the information they provided me in our in person appointment.
